Our design service begins with your component data, which we can receive in all CAD formats. Our in-house design capability allows us to provide support during the early stage of your project. All tool designs are modelled using the latest 3D Solid Modelling techniques. Fully detailed 2D tool drawings can be provided for your approval.
In House Design
We offer our customers a complete mould tool service, from prototype to fully hardened tools. If you require an initial prototype tool, to fine-tune your component design, we can produce an aluminium mould tool that allows you to assess and refine as required. With a fast turn-around on all prototype tooling, we can ensure your production schedule is maintained.
Prototype Tooling
With our in-house expertise, we can offer customers a consultancy service on their component design. By working closely with you at an early stage, we can often increase productivity, smooth the production process and provide you with peace of mind.
Technical Consultancy

Repair, Modification and Maintenance

Our extensive capability includes a full refurbishment and modification service on any existing tool, whether supplied initially by us or a third party. This includes the repair of damaged tools and any design modifications. For many customers, this ensures continued production capability without the expense and time delay incurred in manufacturing a new tool.
